For those recovering from joint replacement, stroke, major illness or trauma, our Nursing and Rehab Team at Lakeside Meadows provides dedicated care in a comfortable setting. Our program is designed to accelerate recovery from an injury or illness by offering a unique combination of intensive, focused rehabilitation along with 24-hour skilled nursing care.

To further enhance our continuum of care, we provide residential care, respite, and hospice services. We accept Private pay, Medicare, Medicaid, and many private insurances.
